About Erna Logistik
Erna Logistik AB is a company within the Erna Group AB, with a clear strategy for growth in the coming years. Within the group, we operate in local journalism, marketing, distribution, and property management. We are located in Skaraborg, Dalsland, and Värmland.
Erna Logistik AB is a distribution company that delivers morning newspapers, magazines, and small parcels in Värmland, parts of Skaraborg, and northern Dalsland. The company started its operations on March 1, 2019.
We have approximately 350 employed distributors who make around 100,000 deliveries per night, Monday to Saturday, year-round, using cars, bicycles, and on foot.
About the role
As a distributor, you are the final link to our customers and subscribers, so it is important that you are responsible and able to work independently.
You work night shifts and usually start between 02:00–03:00. After your shift ends in the morning, you have the entire day off. Distribution takes place 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, and the size of the routes typically varies between 3–5 hours, depending entirely on the area you drive in and which distribution day of the week it is. To learn the job, you will first practice on the route 3–4 times together with a supervisor.
Distribution is carried out using the company's right-hand drive cars, all of which are equipped with automatic transmissions.
We are looking for someone who can step in with short notice and cover shifts during leave and sickness in our temporary staff pool.
Salary according to collective agreement.
About you
- You should be detail-oriented and have a strong sense of service.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Speak, read, and understand basic Swedish.
- Hold a personal identity number (personnummer) or a coordination number (samordningsnummer).
- Have a valid work permit in Sweden.
- A Swedish driver's license is required for car routes.
