The Värmland Traffic Area consists of approximately 700 employees, and we operate around 300 buses daily. Together with our client, Värmlandstrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Värmland.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy both service and customer interaction. You handle stressful situations and environments in a calm and secure manner. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly way.

Furthermore, we look for you to:

• Hold a Category D driving license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (YKB).
• Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Be able to work irregular hours.

We offer employment: full-time 100%.

Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, you can have your years of service (within the EU) credited for placement in the salary scale.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests (passing grade required), a health examination prior to employment, and a background check from the criminal record office will be conducted. These are sent via email and SMS and approved using BankID.
