Erna Logistics (formerly NWT Distribution AB) is a company within the Erna Group, with a clear growth strategy for the coming years. Within the group, we operate in local journalism, marketing, distribution, and property management. We are present in Skaraborg, Dalsland, and Värmland.

Erna Logistics is a distribution company that delivers morning newspapers, magazines, and small packages in Värmland, parts of Skaraborg, and northern Dalsland. The company started its operations on March 1, 2019.

We have approximately 350 employed distributors who make around 100,000 deliveries per night, Monday to Saturday, year-round, using cars, bicycles, and on foot.

About the role

We are currently looking for immediate summer substitutes in Arvika who can work during the summer months. To learn the job, you will first practice with a supervisor. We are looking for both those who only want a summer position and those who wish to continue in our substitute pool after the summer. Interested? Apply immediately, as the need is urgent!

As a distributor, you are the final link to our customers and subscribers, so it is important that you are responsible and can work independently.

You work night shifts and usually start at 03:00. After finishing your shift in the morning, you have the rest of the day off. Distribution takes place 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, and the size of the district varies normally between 3-5 hours, depending entirely on which area you drive in and which distribution day of the week it is.

Distribution is done by both car and bicycle, with the majority being car districts. The bicycles are electrically powered, specially made newspaper bikes, and the cars are right-hand drive equipped with automatic transmission.

Salary according to collective agreement.

About you

• You are meticulous and have a high sense of service.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can speak, read, and understand basic Swedish.
• You possess a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) or a coordination number.
• You have a valid work permit in Sweden.
• A Swedish driver's license is required for car districts.
