The Värmland Traffic Area consists of approximately 700 employees, and we operate around 300 buses every day. Together with our client, Värmlandstrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Värmland.

Personal qualities and qualifications

As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations calmly and securely, always driving safely and with environmental awareness. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver standards and our passenger promise. This means that you:

• Welcome passengers and provide them with the information they need for a safe and positive journey.
• Drive safely, comfortably, and eco-friendly, adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Care for the bus and report any damage or risks you notice.
• Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Keep yourself updated and participate in necessary training.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish Category D driving license and a valid Certificate of Professional Competence (YKB).
• Has good knowledge of Swedish.
• Can work varying hours.

As a new employee, you will receive a good introduction and the opportunity to continue developing.

As a day-ordered employee, you will need to learn at least two depots.

We offer employment as a day-ordered employee at 80%.

Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, years of experience (within the EU) can be credited for placement in the salary scale.

Digital tests are sent via email and must be passed to proceed. A health examination is conducted before employment. A background check is sent via email and must be approved by you using BankID.
