💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Transport Manager, you will handle both traffic control and booking management for transports. You are a central part of the team and are responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. Your duties include managing bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are carried out according to plan. You will be in daily contact with freight forwarders, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and resolve any issues that arise during the day.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Manage bookings, optimize routes, and ensure all shipments are executed as planned.
• Be responsible for both traffic control and booking management for transports.
• Daily contact with freight forwarders, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience as a transport or traffic manager.
