Whether you have a few years of work experience or are a recent graduate, you now have the chance to start your career at Husqvarna through a joint introduction program starting this autumn – in collaboration with us at Framtiden!

When you start the program, you do so together with several other people who are at the same stage in their careers. The group consists of participants from different departments and roles, giving you both a broad contact network and a strong sense of community from the start.

Parallel to your regular tasks at Husqvarna, you will take part in a structured training program that creates security, personal development, and a broad understanding of the operations. The goal is to give you the best possible start to your continued career.

Examples of tasks could therefore include:

• Programming in C/C++.
• Robot development.
• Programming test scripts in Python.
• Working with embedded testing and code reviews.
• Being part of a SCRUM team.

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Technical Physics, or equivalent.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• Experience of similar roles, preferably 1–5 years of work experience, but not a requirement.

We believe you have a strong technical interest, are communicative, and enjoy working both independently and in a group. You are curious, structured, and appreciate the opportunity to develop together with others.
