Job Description

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in electrical engineering and automation and who now want to take the next step in your career – perhaps in project management? You will join our Electrical & Automation section. We offer stimulating work with challenging assignments in an engaged and great team!

As a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for electrical engineering and project management within the industrial sector. You will work on exciting projects – big and small – and have the opportunity to follow them from idea to commissioned plant. Our customers are primarily in the process, paper, and steel industries, but also in energy and manufacturing.

In this role, you will work with electrical engineering in industry, where you, among other things, design control cabinets, upgrade existing systems, and participate in new constructions of electrical systems. You will have the opportunity to contribute your technical expertise in both electrical engineering and automation.

In addition to the practical work, you will also take responsibility for sub-projects, which means that you participate in tender work, design technical solutions, make calculations, and have contact with subcontractors. You collaborate with other technical areas within the group and have many contact points – both internally and externally. The role also offers the opportunity to act as a mentor and support less experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have solid experience in electrical engineering within industrial operations, preferably from the process, paper, or steel industry. You have worked in projects within electrical engineering and automation and have good knowledge of CAD programs such as Comos, Eplan, and/or ElproCad. Your technical background is complemented by a relevant university education.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and have a B driver's license as travel is required in the role. As a person, you are curious, responsible, and unpretentious. You enjoy varied tasks, like to collaborate, and have the ability to drive projects forward – even when it becomes challenging.
