Production Planner

Do you want a key role where technology meets people?

We are looking for someone who likes to keep an eye on the big picture, from the first order to final delivery. With us, you don't just get a job, but an important role in a smaller team where we help each other, take responsibility, and have short decision-making paths.

This role is for you if you enjoy varied days where you can use both your technical understanding and your ability to collaborate with customers and suppliers. As a Production Planner with us, you will be the hub that holds our projects together and ensures everything runs smoothly.

What your daily routine might look like

You will work with order registration, preparation, and basic planning, while maintaining contact with both customers and suppliers. Sometimes you will prepare simple quotes, other times you will solve problems that arise in production. No two days are exactly alike, and that is exactly how we like it.

What you will do in this role:

  • Receive customer orders and drawings and register them in our system
  • Check items, revision changes, and production capacity
  • Send order confirmations and ensure that customers and suppliers are always up to date
  • Plan material requirements, check inventory status, and initiate purchases when necessary
  • Lead each order as a small project, from start to delivery
  • Act as a contact point both internally and externally to ensure delivery precision

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a technical interest and understand how production works
  • Can read drawings and enjoy making things work in practice
  • Find it easy to get up to speed with new systems (we work with Monitor)
  • Are self-reliant and prefer working in a smaller organization rather than a large corporation
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and jumping in where needed
  • Perhaps have worked within machining

What you get with us

A role where you truly make a difference. We are a smaller company with short decision-making paths, where your voice counts and where we value both competence and personality. Here there is room to grow, influence, and develop.

Does this sound like you?

Welcome to apply! In this assignment, we are collaborating with Skills Recruitment. The application deadline is April 27, but selection and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis. For further questions, please feel free to contact recruitment consultant Joon Fröberg at 070-616 00 79.

Open to all
We focus on your competence, not your other prerequisites. We are open to adapting the role or workplace to your needs.
