In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the agreements with the customer are followed and that the project's deliveries meet what has been agreed upon. You will work closely with both internal and external parties and become an important link between technical teams, the business, and the customer.  Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that contracts are followed throughout the project
• Participating in bidding work and requirement breakdown
• Planning resources, time, and the overall structure of projects
• Engaging in dialogues and building relationships with customers and partners
• Monitoring finances, timelines, margins, and permissions
• Reporting project status and coordinating between internal teams
• Leading complex projects with many simultaneous points of contact
• Contributing to a professional and business-oriented project execution

• Relevant post-secondary education, such as in industrial economics, finance, or similar 
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, management consulting, or a similar role
• Experience working in project environments and understanding of project models
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Clear technical interest 
• Ability to handle customer dialogues and act commercially
• Ability to work full-time from Karlskoga
• The assignment is classified. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. This may involve citizenship requirements

• Experience with project management tools and methods (e.g., Antura, MS Project, Jira, PPS, PROPS)
• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience with agile working methods
• Education in industrial economics
• Previous work in larger technical organizations
