About the Position

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager with us, you will be a key person in the organization with overall responsibility for daily production. Your main task is to lead, plan, and develop production to ensure efficient flows, high quality, and good delivery precision.

You will work closely with production and ensure that operations are conducted in a structured, efficient, and quality-assured manner.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on daily production
• Be responsible for production planning and resource allocation
• Ensure quality, delivery precision, and efficiency
• Drive improvement work and develop production processes
• Lead and support production staff
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, production technology, and management

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who thrives in a leadership role within production. You should be able to read and write in Swedish.

We believe you have:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry or production
• Experience in work leadership or production responsibility
• Good technical understanding
• Ability to plan, structure, and prioritize
• Good communication skills and leadership

Meritorious is:

• Experience in mechanical processing
• Experience with the business system Monitor G5

Who are we?

Lyckes Produktionsverktyg AB is a mechanical workshop in Karlskoga since 1942. We work with cutting machining and assembly and have a wide range of machinery where we handle everything from small details to large components up to 8 meters and 10 tons.

Manufacturing takes place in drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and grinding machines.
