As an Electronic Engineer R&D within the Large Caliber Systems (LCS) business area, you will play a key role in developing entirely new Swedish products. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence technology at a deep level within a team creating solutions that do not yet exist on the Swedish market.

The LCS business area in Sweden is now launching its initiative on programmable ammunition. Therefore, we need to strengthen our product office with an Electronic Engineer R&D who will be responsible for fuze electronics within Nammo Sweden. The fuze electronics are primarily developed by Nammo Norway but will now be further developed and implemented in Swedish products. Your assignment will include setting up and conducting tests of the new products both in the lab and on the firing range. The position also entails participating in larger international development programs where you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in electronics.

As an Electronic Engineer R&D at our product office, you will become part of a growing group that currently consists of 12 people working closely together. The role also involves close collaboration with Nammo's development team in Norway, local engineering and quality departments, as well as procurement.

Examples of additional tasks include:

• Ensuring that necessary analyses and tests are performed and documented to verify design
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Installing data loggers in test objects and conducting data collection
• Practical laboratory work and testing

You will report to the Manager Product Office LCS, and your location will be at our site in Lindesberg, where a new laboratory is currently being built.

We are looking for you who are a Master's or Bachelor's degree engineer in electronics with experience as a development engineer or test engineer. You have worked in one or more areas such as RF, sensor technology, data loggers, and/or power supply. Your knowledge of Swedish and English is good in both speech and writing. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
