We are currently looking for part-time workers in the industry for an assignment with our client Trelleborg in Kalmar. This assignment is perfect for those who want flexible working hours alongside studies or other employment and who enjoy practical work in a production and workshop environment. You will become an important part of the team where safety, quality, and collaboration are highly valued.

About the Position

As part-time staff, you will perform a variety of tasks in production. Duties may include machine and production work, assembly, packing, basic quality control, material handling, and keeping the workplace tidy.

Working hours may vary and include day, evening, and night shifts depending on the operational needs. The assignment is located in Kalmar, and the start date with introduction will be agreed upon. Important: To be eligible for part-time work, you must also have another employment of at least 50%.

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically minded, meticulous, and responsible. You enjoy practical work, are used to collaborating in a team, and can work independently when necessary. Good work ethic and a willingness to learn are more important than extensive experience.

Formal Competence

• Industry experience or similar technical competence
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Previous experience with machine work
• Familiarity with quality and safety procedures in an industrial environment
• Experience with shift work
• Forklift and crane operator certificates
