About the job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also involves prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some work can be done remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuously ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.

Travel in the service occurs. A driver's license (B) is required.

About the recruitment process

The selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
