Your Role

Saab Dynamics is growing, and with increased sales around the world comes a larger and more complex set of requirements. To keep pace with both legislators and customer demands, we are expanding our information and cybersecurity team with a Compliance Officer.

As a Compliance Officer at Saab Dynamics, you will be part of a team of specialists in IT and information security. You will play a central role in the interpretation and compliance with national and international regulations, standards, as well as customer and internal requirements within information, IT, and OT security.

In the role of Compliance Officer, you will work business-driven and closely with IT/OT-related compliance. Your tasks will include interpretation, application, and monitoring of external requirements, as well as the development and implementation of appropriate internal routines, processes, and measures.

You will act as an advisor and expert resource on matters related to IT/OT security requirements and IT/OT security-related compliance. Supporting the organization and ensuring that employees have the knowledge and materials required to comply with internal and external requirements is therefore an important aspect of your role. This will occur both through daily dialogue and communication, and when you, in your capacity as Compliance Officer, participate, coordinate, or otherwise get involved in training efforts, certification work, internal audits, risk work, IT projects, and more.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent work experience in IT/OT security, IT/OT compliance, risk management, audits, IT audits, IT law, or similar.

In the role, you should be able to work proactively and, when necessary, be prepared to initiate activities and measures, drive implementations, and coordinate issues to contribute to the IT/OT compliance work across the organization.

A very good ability to collaborate and work with other business areas, units, and departments (such as IT, security, legal, procurement, and production) within Dynamics as well as other parts of Saab is crucial for success in the role of Compliance Officer.

Personal qualities will be of great importance, and it is essential that you are reliable with strong ethics and high personal integrity. You understand the need for security in a business-driven environment. It is important to us that you are pragmatic and have an accepting attitude towards others, regardless of who you meet. Respect and dignity should be guiding principles for you in all contexts.

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are a requirement.

Desirable for the position:

• Certification in information security, IT security, OT security
• Experience working with established standards and best practices in information security, IT security, OT security.
• Experience in audit/review activities
• Experience working with security requirements and compliance, including an understanding of security-related issues in business processes.
• Experience working in a global company, heavily regulated business, and/or licensed operations.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.
