About the position As a senior installation manager, you will work as a consultant at Structor Installationsteknik, with assignments at industrial clients where you are responsible for the installation part in larger projects.

You will lead the assignment from start to finish and be responsible for:

• Early stages and design

• Planning, budget, and coordination

• Management of contractors and installation during the execution phase

• Ongoing client dialogue and follow-up to final delivery

The role entails a clear client responsibility, where you are the main contact person for the client regarding installation. You combine a strategic holistic perspective with an operational commitment to the project's execution and thrive in the consulting role where you represent Structor to the client.

About you We are looking for someone who is senior, confident, and used to taking responsibility in complex industrial projects. You have several years of experience in installations (e.g., Electrical, Piping Systems, Ventilation) in industrial projects and have worked in roles such as client, technical manager, project manager, installation manager, or assignment manager.

We would like you to have:

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in installation technology, or equivalent competence through long and relevant work experience

• Approximately 8–15 years of experience from industrial projects

• Experience from consulting firms, industrial companies, and/or contracting

• Experience in leading others and taking overall responsibility for time, budget, and delivery

• Ability to engage with clients and build long-term relationships

• Very good language skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in both internal and external collaborations.

As a person, you are business-oriented, unpretentious, and have a natural leadership ability. You are strong in communication, thrive in the role of coordinator and driving force, and prefer to lead and gather others rather than being a technical specialist yourself.
