JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Skålmogården is a nursing home with 36 apartments spread over two floors. One department is a group home for eight people aimed at individuals with dementia. We have our own nurses in the building and a rehab team that we share with two other operations. In the kitchen, meals are prepared from scratch by a skilled kitchen team every day.

We are an organization in constant development, and in our work, we strive to continuously improve our focus on each individual's personal needs and wishes. As a nursing assistant, you will work with care and support tasks for the residents during the night.

We also work on organizational development with both quality and activity councils. Your job is to make each day as good as possible for those who live with us as well as for your colleagues. We are each other’s work environment in someone else's home.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training or other equivalent education. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in similar organizations. Additionally, it is important that you can handle digital journal systems and that you have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. Further education in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, or care for the elderly with multiple illnesses is a plus.

We are looking for someone with a professional attitude characterized by good interactions and respect for the individual.
