Do you want to work in a central role where you can combine planning, coordination, and improvement work in a complex production environment? We are now looking for a production planner for one of our clients in Linköping.

In this role, you will be an important part of ensuring an efficient production flow and that deliveries are made according to plan. You will work closely with several functions and play a key role in creating structure and progress in production.

As a production planner, you will be responsible for detailed planning and following up on manufacturing plans. You will ensure that the right conditions are in place for production and that plans are adhered to according to set delivery times.

You will, among other things:

• Manage and follow up on manufacturing orders in the MPS system
• Detail plan production based on overall plans
• Ensure material availability for ongoing and upcoming production
• Follow up on orders and external deliveries
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, and technology
• Contribute to improvement work and participate in daily management

You will initially be employed as a consultant at Consensus, but the employment will likely transition to permanent with the client.

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and enjoys a role where you can take responsibility and drive your work forward. You have the ability to manage several parallel activities and create order in a dynamic environment.

You find it easy to collaborate and communicate, and you dare to challenge existing working methods in order to improve and streamline.

We see that you have:

• Relevant education in logistics, production, or industrial economics, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in production planning or similar tasks
• Familiarity with working in MPS/ERP systems (preferably IFS)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Education in production logistics as well as experience in LEAN is an advantage
