Your role

As an outreach worker, you will work with the target group of people with disabilities and mental health issues. Your job is to work outreach towards our citizens in the district. You will be organized directly under the area manager. The area consists of three units: one focused on children/youth and personal assistance for disabilities, one unit focused on adults with disabilities, and one unit focused on adult social psychiatry. In your outreach work, you will collaborate with other outreach workers in the district and also with our case managers.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained social worker.
• Has experience working in an authority and knowledge of the LSS and SoL legislation.
• Has knowledge of the target group of disabilities and social psychiatry.
• Has at least 5 years of experience working in social services.
• Has a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of Stockholm's municipal operational system, Paraplyet.
• Experience working in outreach.

You are service-oriented and have a respectful approach towards colleagues, clients, relatives, and partners.
