JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as an operating nurse with us is varied and offers challenging and developing tasks. Close collaboration with other professions, including perfusionists, is a natural and important part of everyday life. We apply a business-adapted working time model with a time bank and quota-based working hours, and you create your desired schedule in TimeCare. Working hours on weekdays are from 07:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 14:30 to 21:30, and 21:15 to 07:15, and on holidays from 07:00 to 14:30, 14:15 to 21:30, and 21:15 to 07:15.

Participation in the on-call list for organ retrieval for transplantation outside regular working hours is voluntary. We also offer flexible agreements and meal breaks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare, and you have a specialist education focused on operating nursing. Furthermore, you have language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from surgical operations.
