JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant in home care, you work closely with people in their homes and support them in their daily lives. You use both your professional skills and your ability to create calm, structure, and safety in every meeting. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful; here you make a difference every day.

Responsibilities included in the care assistant's mission:

• Perform care interventions according to SOL and HSL
• Support clients in daily activities such as personal care, meals, cleaning, shopping, and social interventions
• Carry out health and medical tasks after delegation
• Develop implementation plans together with the client
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals around the client
• Contribute to safety, continuity, and good quality in home care work

You will also work digitally in our systems: Treserva (documentation), Intraphone (time and service registration). Experience with Treserva, Intraphone, or Appva is an advantage.

Digital tools are a natural part of our working method and contribute to structure, quality, and safety for both you and our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who combines professional competence with a warm and genuine commitment to people. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility, and meet each individual with respect and attentiveness. You should have a vocational diploma from the health and care program or equivalent adult education (1500 points).

Experience in home care is an advantage.

You are a person who creates safety and meets others with calm and respect and has the courage to make decisions and act with good judgment.

You are empathetic, attentive, and see the individual's needs and build trust through a warm and professional approach.

You are structured and confident in working digitally and thrive in a team where collaboration, communication, and accountability are central.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Experience with Treserva, Intraphone, or Appva is an advantage.

A driving license (B) is a requirement for the position.
