Tryggakliniken Kristianstad is located in newly built premises at C4 Shopping in Hammar. About 20 employees work here in an environment characterized by warmth, professionalism, and close collaboration between professions.

About the position

As a care assistant with us, you will perform standard tasks at the health center such as sample collection, patient meetings, and reception work. You contribute to creating safe and efficient patient flows – both in physical meetings and in our digital channels.

We are particularly looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in digital healthcare, structured working methods, and wants to help develop how technology can facilitate everyday life.
• Enjoys working with data support, for example through standardized flows, quality monitoring, and a clear working method that creates security for both patients and the team.
• Has experience with sample collection or laboratory work.
