We are now looking for an experienced Master Scheduler who wants to work with advanced planning within the supply chain in a global organization. The role involves translating demand into detailed production and delivery plans to ensure the right balance between capacity, inventory, and availability.

You will be a central part of the planning function and work closely with various parts of the supply chain network to ensure stable flows, good delivery precision, and optimized capital binding.

• Create and maintain supply and production plans based on demand, inventory status, and capacity

• Balance supply and demand to ensure the right availability of products

• Ensure efficient supply chain flows and stable planning processes

• Collaborate closely with demand planning, inventory planning, production, and warehousing

• Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and risks in the supply chain

• Contribute to improved supply chain KPIs and planning accuracy

• Analyze data and provide decision support for inventory and production optimization

• Stable and realistic supply plan linked to demand and capacity

• Improved balance between inventory, production, and delivery capability

• Identified and managed bottlenecks in the planning process

• Data-driven analyses supporting improved supply chain decisions

• Effective collaboration between different planning functions

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management

• Experience in roles related to logistics, supply, or inventory planning

• Strong proficiency in Excel

• Experience with PowerPoint and presenting analysis results

• Experience with M3

• Experience with Power BI

• Experience with Logility Voyager

• Experience in Inventory Planning Optimization

• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain / Logistics

• Experience from a global organization

• Knowledge of Swedish or other languages

• Structured and analytical with a strong attention to detail

• Collaborative and communicative

• Independent and proactive

• Solution-oriented with the ability to analyze complex data
