  • Work proactively with Swedbank's broad product range, with a particular focus on mortgages, and guide customers towards safe and sustainable financial decisions that strengthen their long-term financial health.

  • Ensure that every customer meeting, regardless of channel, maintains high quality and is needs-based – with the goal of creating value, trust, and a positive customer experience in every contact.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to find the best solutions for the customer, drive sales responsibly, and actively contribute to the office's common goals and success.

In this role, you need:
  • Swedsec advisor license, mortgage license, and IDD (insurance distribution rights) as a basis for providing qualified advice and ensuring high regulatory compliance.

  • Drive and business focus with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into sustainable financial solutions – whether the meeting takes place physically, digitally, or via phone.

  • Experience in conducting both physical and digital advisory meetings where you build trust, listen to the customer's situation, and guide them to the right decisions.

  • The ability to work goal-oriented with sales and results while prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • A strong team spirit where you actively contribute to the team's common goals, share knowledge, and support colleagues in everyday work.

  • A responsive, pedagogical, and relationship-building approach that fosters trust and security in all customer contacts.

  • A genuine desire to continuously develop, stay updated on the bank's products, market trends, and advisory methods to always provide the best possible customer value.
