Morö Backe Health Center is one of four health centers in Skellefteå's primary care northern area, working in a good and close spirit. The other units in the northern area include Byske, Kåge, and Ursviken health centers, with which we have a close collaboration. Located not far from Skellefteå city center and close to the fantastic outdoor and activity area Vitberget, you will find Morö Backe. Here lies a health center that combines the best from several worlds and focuses on the whole person, good quality, and accessibility. We have 9000 registered residents and 30 colleagues.

We are now looking for you with an academic education in the health and medical care field and with basic psychotherapy training (step 1) to join our psychosocial team. With us, you will be part of an engaged psychosocial team. We strive for collaboration with other professional categories within the three reception units in our base unit, as well as collaboration with other public entities.

We are now looking for you as a new colleague at our health center who wants to help develop the operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a healthcare and social care curator with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better.

You will work with psychosocial treatment both individually and in groups. You will assess, investigate, and treat mild to moderate mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults. You will work individually with assessments and treatment interventions but also in a team around the patient together with other professionals at the health center and within the base unit, as well as collaborate with other entities.

We offer you a good introduction and guidance to help you enter your professional role in the best possible way.

Work at the health center means daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you with a degree in social work with basic further education in psychotherapy, equivalent to step 1, or another academic education that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is an advantage if you are a licensed healthcare and social care curator and have previous experience in clinical treatment work within psychological and psychosocial issues.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can independently organize and plan their work effectively. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to drive processes forward. To succeed in the role, we see that you have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and communicate well with others.
