JOB DUTIES

You will be part of a team with teachers and in a smaller grade-specific team. You will be an important cog in Rydskolan's exciting development work where language and knowledge-developing methods, reading comprehension, and mathematics are at the center. Here, you will receive ongoing professional development in the aforementioned areas along with very nice colleagues. Rydskolan has a strong student health team and we have a particular focus on early interventions. You will receive support from a special educator and special teacher in your work with students. We have newly built, beautiful, and spacious classrooms with accompanying group rooms, and we continuously invest in purchasing teaching materials and pedagogical resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed wood and metal craft teacher with a good ability to create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a very clear leader with the ability to work in a language and knowledge-developing manner and adapt teaching to reach all students.

OTHER

To start working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must show a criminal record extract. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).

Those who do not show a criminal record extract cannot be employed, contracted, or received in the activity according to current legal requirements.
