We are now looking for a Senior Cyber Security (IAM) Analyst for an assignment where you will play a central role in driving integrations between HR systems and the Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape.

This is a key role where you will act as a bridge between HR and IAM, contributing to a larger enterprise-wide transformation journey.

About the role

You will lead and drive integration initiatives between HR systems and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools. The role requires both deep technical understanding and strong business anchoring.

You are expected to take overall responsibility for IAM-related issues connected to HR processes and ensure that governance, governance, and technical solutions align with the organization's overall security framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities between HR systems and IGA tools
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) between HR and IAM teams
• Lead IAM-related initiatives connected to Fieldglass
• Support the Enterprise IAM Transformation Program
• Ensure that HR processes are correctly integrated with IAM governance
• Drive improvements in access governance, role management, and JML processes

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you need to have:

• Senior experience in IAM and HR system integrations
• Deep understanding of HR to IAM/IGA integrations
• Solid knowledge of IAM processes such as Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access governance, and role management
• Experience working cross-functionally between business and technical teams
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
