Aleris Uppsala Emergency Care is seeking a Specialist Physician in General Medicine with the role of Medical Management Responsible (MLA)

About us Aleris Uppsala Emergency Care is an emergency department open every day of the year, from 7 AM to 11 PM. The department treats patients from 6 months and older for acute infections, wound injuries, and much more within the scope of general medical acute care. The department also has an orthopedic emergency unit with an X-ray lab.

The Role We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine who also wants to take on the role of Medical Management Responsible (MLA) with us at Aleris Uppsala Emergency Care. The role combines clinical work with overall responsibility for the medical quality of the unit.

As MLA, you will be part of our management team. You will work closely with the operations manager and our unit managers to ensure that we continue to deliver safe, secure, and effective care to our patients. About you We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine with a desire to take responsibility for the medical leadership of the unit. You have a natural ability to motivate and engage your colleagues while having an analytical approach to medical issues. Experience in leadership is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the drive and desire to grow in the role. It is important that you master the Swedish language, both written and spoken. If you also have additional language skills, it is an advantage.

Employment Conditions Employment type: Permanent position

Work degree: Full-time; part-time can be discussed

Salary: Individual salary setting
