Kickstart your career as a Production Employee at the Power Transformers Training Center!

Your pathway into the energy industry begins here! Power Transformers, an important part of Hitachi Energy, is growing – and we are now looking for you who want to help shape the future of energy solutions with us!

This position starts with a four-month paid training at our Training Center, where you will receive a solid introduction and basic training in the construction of a transformer. The training takes place during the day, where theory is combined with practical elements, so that you have the best conditions to apply your new knowledge in production.

About You

• We see that you are a curious person who enjoys working both in teams and independently
• To be successful in this role, we see that you are quality-focused, meticulous, and responsible – you prioritize your safety and that of your colleagues
• We see that you are a flexible team player who collaborates smoothly with your colleagues with humility and good communication
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are available to work in various shift patterns

The training includes

• Forklift, overhead crane, and aerial lift training
• Basic knowledge of safety, quality, and work environment
• Theoretical training in drawing interpretation, technical instructions, and method regulations
• Practical training in soldering, pressing, insulation, and assembly work

This position begins with a fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position. After completing the training, you will work two shifts (morning and afternoon).
