At Närhälsan Oden, 60 dedicated employees strive to make a difference in Primary Care for our 11,500 patients. In addition to having many different professional categories like all health centers, we have healthcare neighbors and partners in the building such as a large UPH, Family Center, Maternal Care, and Youth Clinic. We have a large lab with our own BMA, which leads to fast and high-quality analyses. We work with IBH and have high accessibility to mental health resources. Närhälsan Oden is the largest health center in the municipality, and we want to expand our team of doctors!

About the Job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range of responsibilities and include general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. We work in teams and have team rounds three times a week where we jointly assess and prioritize our patients. Teamwork allows us to keep a good overview of our patients and patient flows. We strive to increase our numbers to approach the Socialstyrelsen's goal of 1100 patients per full-time employed general practitioner.

You will work independently and variably with outpatient work. Supervision is provided by an experienced specialist, who offers you support and knowledge exchange, and we have a supervising physician every day. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities. If you are interested in a free and varied job with patients where your and your colleagues' work environment is in focus, this is the job for you.

You will have allocated time to participate in the seminars offered or time for your own studies, and you will also participate in the health center's and doctor's group meetings. Your individual study plan will be established together with your supervisor and study director.

About You

You are a licensed physician authorized to practice within the Swedish healthcare system. You have a strong interest in the field of general medicine. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, at a minimum level of C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who is attentive and has a good demeanor since you will meet many different patients at the health center. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while also contributing with engagement and initiative to the development of the organization. You enjoy teamwork and are happy to collaborate with colleagues and partners to create a healthcare environment characterized by quality, trust, and care.
