About the position
Innovation Lift Scandinavia (ILS) was founded in 2013 and has steadily grown since then. The company develops and manufactures platform lifts for a global market with customers in Europe, Asia, and Sweden. Here, you are welcomed into a flat organization with an open and inviting work climate where staff work together to achieve their goals. They are now expanding the team with a Technical Production Manager, where you will play a central role in leading and coordinating the work in production.
In the role of Technical Production Manager, you will be responsible for further developing and leading the daily production. The position is new, which means you will have great opportunities to influence and shape the role over time. Initially, the focus will be on getting to know the business by familiarizing yourself with all stations in the assembly line and creating a good understanding of flows, working methods, and products. You will plan and follow up on the ongoing production work and step in to support when challenges or deviations arise. In this role, you will lead a team of about 12 employees and have full personnel responsibility, including responsibility for the work environment and employee conversations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and plan the daily production in the workshop
- Personnel responsibility for approx. 12 employees with responsibility for employee conversations, work environment, and safety
- Follow up on production plans, weekly lists, and documentation
- Be a support when deviations arise – in case of delivery problems, bottlenecks, or technical challenges
- Contribute to the development of working methods, structure, and planning over time
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience as a leader, preferably in a production environment
- Good computer skills
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Holds a valid driver's license (B)

Start date: By agreementWorking hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:00, Fridays 07:00–13:15Location: The work is conducted on-site in Degerfors. If you are applying from another location, we would like you to describe in your application how you plan to commute to the workplace.
