An employee for a permanent full-time position starting April 1st.

The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Mariagården is a social therapeutic LSS operation inspired by Anthroposophy, located about twenty kilometers outside Umeå. We have five group homes and an extensive daily activity program. Mariagården has been run since 1964 by an employee association without profit motives.

About the residence: As a housing assistant, you provide our residents with the support they need in their daily lives with personal care and assistance, as well as shaping their leisure time and weekends. You provide support and help so that the residents can manage all the tasks that occur in a home. You support and enable the residents' choices to participate in social activities based on their wishes and possibilities. You provide continuity and security in the social environment. Your tasks include written documentation as well as managing the chores in communal and staff areas.

Are you the one we are looking for: You should be secure, calm, and able to work with low affect. You need to have a sense of order and structure. You will be part of a work team and therefore need to be able to collaborate and work according to established routines and communicate with others. We prefer that you have experience in similar work and that you have a care education or equivalent. We place great importance on personal suitability.
