Do you want to work in a central operational role within Svenska Foder's grain flows?

Oxelösund is one of Svenska Foder's most important export facilities in eastern Sweden and a strategic hub in our national and international grain flows. We are now looking for a team member in Oxelösund. This is a role for you who want to work broadly and variably – where you both follow and influence the entire chain from reception to loading.

You will run the facility with great personal responsibility and authority in daily operations and become a key person in ensuring that the grains meet the right quality and are delivered on time – to both Swedish and international customers.

As the warehouse manager for grain reception in Oxelösund, you have overall responsibility for operations and ensure that the processes work as they should. Your work is crucial for our trading operations to be carried out both efficiently and with high accuracy, and you are the link between trade, logistics, and customers.

You will work in a modern system-controlled facility that is operated by one person during the low season and by two people during the high season. The role involves independent work with great responsibility where you plan and prioritize your work, while also closely collaborating with internal functions, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Your main tasks

• Be responsible for the operation and daily operations of the grain reception.
• Ensure that the grain flows through the facility are efficient, traceable, and meet applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Participate in the development and improvement of routines, work methods, and efficiency in the facility.
• Perform simple technical maintenance and collaborate with external technicians.
• Follow up processes, documentation, and regulations.
• Logistics – planning of flows related to the facility and contact with logistics partners.

Who are you?

• You enjoy working in an industrial/port environment and are motivated by taking responsibility.
• You like to work both independently and in teams and can make decisions in operational management.
• You have an interest in grain drying and grain flows, as well as a desire to develop your competence in the area or equivalent experience from industry/agriculture.
• You have good technical understanding and experience in process or production environments.
• You are responsible, punctual, and flexible.

It is advantageous for us if you:

• have experience in grain handling/drying.
• have a front loader license.
• have training for Hot Work.

Requirements for the position

• Driver's license B.
