We are now seeking employees to strengthen our operations during the summer in Västerås, Köping, Sala, and Eskilstuna from June to August.

You will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance for our clients and become part of a team that manages daily operations. Your tasks will include gardening, cleaning, and customer contacts.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work effectively.

It is advantageous if you have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management, operations, or management, or equivalent relevant work experience in outdoor maintenance or cleaning.

As computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we would like you to have some computer skills and be able to handle a computer in your job.

The position is a fixed-term employment with placement in Västerås, Köping, Sala, or Eskilstuna. Start date summer 2026.

A driver's license (B) is required. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
