About the role – Process Operator

As a process operator, you will work with monitoring, controlling, and maintaining machines and production facilities. You are responsible for quality assurance, ongoing supervision, and correction of process parameters to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the department and report to operations management regarding deviations and improvements.

Responsibilities and Duties – Production & Process Industry

• Monitor, control, and regulate process flows in a heavy industrial environment

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of machines and equipment

• Ensure that production meets quality and safety requirements

• Manage raw materials and materials according to industrial process routines

• Document operational data and report deviations as well as suggest improvements

• Actively participate in workplace safety efforts and follow applicable occupational safety regulations

• Collaborate with colleagues and the maintenance department to optimize production

Qualifications and Experience – Process Operator Heavy Industry

• Experience as a process operator, machine operator, or equivalent role in industry is advantageous

• Industrial technical education or equivalent experience

• Good skills in reading instructions and following process schedules

• Good computer skills as work with digital systems is included in the role

• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented attitude

• Ability to work both in teams and independently

• Good physical condition as heavy lifting and standing work may occur

• Forklift license

• Truck license

Working Hours and Employment Type – Industry & Production

• Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension

• Full-time, varying working hours according to shifts (day/evening/night/weekend)
