Kläppen is currently Sweden's largest family-owned ski resort. Here you can ski in all directions, with Sälen's longest illuminated slope and 37 kilometers of cross-country trails. In total, there are 41 slopes and 22 lifts – plenty of space to find your own favorites, regardless of skill level.

About the Logistics Department

The Logistics Department consists of about 25 year-round employees and covers the areas of internal properties, booking, reception & spa, group & conference, cleaning, maintenance, and owner service. The department gathers all functions that work with Kläppen's own properties and guests' accommodation under one department, all with the goal of making the guest's stay as good as possible.

We are looking for someone who likes technology and smart solutions!

If you have an interest in technology and digitalization, are handy, and have an eye for detail, you might be the one we are looking for! You enjoy creating a pleasant and well-functioning environment in our common areas and like to take on both practical and technical challenges.

To thrive with us

We are looking for someone with experience in repair work and service, who enjoys working practically and independently. You take responsibility, show initiative, and easily find solutions when something needs fixing.

In the role of property technician, you will report to the property manager and become an important part of our team.

You are driven, meticulous, and solution-oriented, taking responsibility for ensuring that work is done with high quality. Since we are a smaller workgroup, we also highly value your personal qualities – collaboration, engagement, and a positive attitude are something we truly appreciate.

Qualifications

• Driver's license category B

• Ability to communicate in Swedish/English, both spoken and written

• Microsoft Office package

Meritorious

• Plumbing education or practical experience in property maintenance for at least 2 years.

• Previous experience working with maintenance systems.

• Driver's license B+

Application Date

The deadline for applications is March 29. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

About the Position

The position is a temporary role until May 2027, with good opportunities for extension. Start date in May or as agreed.

Working hours are scheduled for 40 hours/week, with weekend work occurring during the season. On-call work is available year-round.
