Production Worker at Bevego in Bäckebol

Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies in construction sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now looking for a production worker for our production unit in Bäckebol. The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with very good opportunities for extension and eventually permanent employment. Start date is according to agreement.

What will you do?

• Process metal, sheet metal, and workpieces into details that are part of Bevego's production
• Program and prepare machines for sheet metal handling
• Manage the control systems that regulate the machines' activities
• Ensure that work is performed with a focus on high quality
• Sort, compile, and load goods
• Conduct daily inspections when using machines
• Actively participate in production improvement efforts
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse/yard

Who are you?

Therefore, we see that you are skilled with a hammer or similar hand tools. Structure and accuracy are highly valued by you, and you take responsibility for your tasks. You also have good collaboration skills and see yourself as a team player. You are a curious and inquisitive person who wants to learn new things and develop in your work. A strong work ethic, honesty, punctuality, and an inner drive are also qualities that will help you succeed in this role.

The job requires that you are proficient in understanding Swedish, as our safety regulations and work routines are only available in Swedish.

It is desirable that you have previous experience from similar tasks and workshop environments. If you have also worked in the ventilation industry or sheet metal work before, that is a big plus. Documented training as a ventilation sheet metal worker is a requirement.
