Are you our booking staff this summer, a person with sales experience who can help our customers realize their travel plans through your service skills? If so, Destination Inlandsbanan is looking for you!

When you join us at Destination Inlandsbanan, you will meet engaged colleagues and a varied job where no day is like the other. In our organization, we have direct contact with our fantastic customers every day via email and phone. We handle all matters related to our customers' bookings, which may involve advising on and selling our products and trips as well as cancellations and rebookings. Your job is significant for our operations as it greatly impacts how our customers perceive us as a company and our brand.

An important part of your work as a travel agent is to be able to work broadly within digital communication systems and booking channels; we would like you to have prior experience with booking systems.

In your work, you will primarily be engaged in sales and customer service, thus becoming the company's face to the public. You will be the first person the customer comes into contact with, which means that your communication skills and understanding of other people's needs are crucial. As the first person in line in the sales process, you should be service-oriented and solution-focused.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

We are looking for someone with experience in the mentioned areas. A background in tourism or equivalent is advantageous. We would prefer that you have work experience in travel sales, customer service, or a relevant travel sales training. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. You are service-oriented and customer-focused with a sense for sales. You are someone who takes responsibility for getting things done and has the ability to change direction quickly if needed. It is also advantageous if you have broader language skills, primarily in German.

EXTENT

Temporary employment from May to August. Irregular working hours with start date by agreement. On-call duty if needed with corresponding compensation according to local agreement.
