In the role of customer service representative, you will be based at our beautiful office in Frösön. You will belong to a fast-paced team led by an engaged and experienced leader. The position begins with an introduction where you will receive an overview of the customer and our internal systems, after which you will work independently with incoming calls. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The start date for the positions is in January.

Your tasks: You will handle incoming calls and answer questions from individuals regarding electricity contracts, invoice inquiries, and more. You will work towards set goals and be followed up by your leader regularly to ensure you develop in the role. In the incoming calls you handle, you are expected to work with sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Your profile

• Have a strong interest in customer service
• Have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to achieve common and individual goals.
• Are punctual and responsible with the ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively.
• Have precision in your work performance with an eye for quality.
• Have experience in customer service or sales
• Are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good knowledge of English
