As a Sales Assistant at Åhléns, your mission is to contribute to sales. You do this by actively engaging with customers and providing the best service that exceeds customer expectations. Your mission is to deliver the best customer experience for everyone - always.

Through your personality, sales knowledge, and product expertise, create satisfied customers who always feel welcome
Ensure an inspiring and sales-oriented department store environment that creates the best customer experience
Work on upselling through campaigns and activities

You work in a team, and other roles in the department store may include a Visual Merchandiser responsible for the department store's overall sales environment, Makeup Artists, and Estheticians. You will report to the Store Manager.

The positions are for 28.69 hours/week, and working hours may vary between 08:00-19:10. You work on a schedule that spans weekends and weekdays. We prefer if you can start with us no later than 1/3-25.

We are currently recruiting for several different positions: A permanent position for 28.69 hours/week for our fashion department. A permanent position for 28.69 hours/week for our home department. Two temporary positions for our beauty department at 28.69 hours/week, until 31/8-25 with the possibility of extension. A temporary position for our fashion department at 28.69 hours/week, until 31/8-25 with the possibility of extension.
