About the role As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working atmosphere in the group every day. You will work only daytime as a group manager.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and affirming your employees in everyday life. You have several group manager colleagues, and you collaborate, brainstorm, and exchange experiences.

• Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Vikhem Villa Vikhem is a residence in the Vikhem area of Staffanstorp. The unit has three floors with two departments per floor. 40 places with a focus on special housing and 20 places for short-term/respite care. At Villa Vikhem, we focus on training and animals. We have opportunities for training both indoors and outdoors. Those living in special housing have the option to move in with their pets. We also collaborate with external actors and place great importance on ensuring that those living with us experience a meaningful everyday life, which may include arranged activities or a moment with their contact person.

• Activity responsible: We work systematically with activities and have an activity manager who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents.

• Young Care: We have a collaboration with the company Young Care. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Young Care engages in various activities with us who work here, to enhance the lives of the residents.

• Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care, and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your experience and knowledge You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great importance on personal suitability.
