About the role

In the role of vehicle technician with us, you will primarily work with KIA cars. You will be an important part of the workshop's daily operations and will be responsible for performing everything from regular service and preventive maintenance to more advanced repairs and qualified troubleshooting. The work is always carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, quality requirements, and with a strong focus on accuracy and high customer satisfaction. You are expected to contribute your technical expertise and professional experience in daily work and actively participate in the continued development of the workshop.

The decision-making paths are short, allowing you to influence and take your own initiatives. Together, we build a strong and competent workshop where we share knowledge and support each other. The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Friday according to schedule, 40 hours per week.

You who are applying to us

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cars, technology, and problem-solving. You have a good ability to read, understand, and work from service manuals, technical documentation, and diagnostic systems. You are a person who thrives on responsibility and has the ability to work in a structured and independent manner. At the same time, you are a team player who values collaboration and contributes to a positive workplace. You are service-oriented, flexible, and have a solution-oriented approach to work. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required for the position.

Basic requirements

· Vehicle technical education or equivalent professional experience

· 6 years of work experience as a technician/mechanic, including 2 years as an expert

· High-voltage training

· Holds a valid B driver's license (manual transmission)

· Familiarity with systems - previous work with Kobra (meritorious)

· Training in automotive glass (meritorious)

· Certified AC technician (meritorious)

· Previous experience with the KIA brand (meritorious)
