About the job

Seize the opportunity to lead and optimize maintenance strategies, ensure compliance with laws and standards, and drive cost-effective improvements. Become a key player in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, support production, and contribute your technical expertise in high voltage installations.

In your future role as Maintenance Engineer Electric, you will:

• Be responsible for categorizing critical equipment based on HSE, laws, Nouryon standards, OEE losses, quality, and repair costs.
• Ensure that the facility achieves the reliability rate according to the maintenance strategy.
• Create and maintain maintenance strategies for specific equipment.
• Document and translate maintenance policies into FU work orders.
• Improve and optimize work methods and routines.
• Ensure that the right spare parts are available in stock.
• Drive improvement work for reliability and cost reduction.
• Create and lead FMEA templates for equipment.
• Participate in root cause analyses and update the maintenance policy with improvements.
• Contribute to projects for modifications and investments.
• Monitor the long-term viability of relevant equipment.
• Be the electrical responsible for Site Bohus (personnel, installation, and electrical facility responsibility).
• Be the facility owner of Site Bohus high voltage facility (130/10 kV).

We believe you have

• A university degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 6 years of versatile experience in the entire field, facility operations, operations, power, and low current.
• General authorization without voltage restrictions (Requirement).
• Knowledge of SAP PM and the setup of FU plans.
• Knowledge of process equipment, construction, and operating conditions.
• Overall knowledge of the disciplines within maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of maintenance terminology according to SSEN 13306.

Nice to have

We believe you are a person with strong problem-solving skills who can analyze and manage complex technical challenges. You are a communicative team player who can effectively collaborate with different departments and stakeholders. Additionally, you have the ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner, ensuring that maintenance strategies and procedures are followed and documented correctly. Experience in electrical design (CAD) is also a merit.
