As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring that the technology area's operations align with the company's overall goals. The role offers a developing step in your career where you are expected to influence strategic decisions, guide competence development, and provide advice in marketing efforts and recruitment. You continuously show and develop the way through a unified working method that enables collaboration and leverages experiences. You capture and convey contacts regarding innovation ideas and improvement proposals. Additionally, you will have daily contact with network members within your area of responsibility as well as with other Technical Coordinators.

You will spend about 20% of a full-time position on technical coordination, while the remaining time you are expected to work operationally as a geotechnical engineer in SYSTRA's assignments.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a qualified geotechnical engineer with at least 5 years of experience in design assignments and experience working with the Swedish Transport Administration as a client. You do not need to be an expert in all sub-areas of the technology field, but rather a knowledgeable generalist with a very good understanding of the various components involved. As a person, you thrive in a coordinating role where good planning and organizational skills are of utmost importance. You are ambitious, take responsibility for your work, and have the ability to foresee the long-term effects of your decisions. Communication is one of your strongest skills, and you express yourself well both in writing and speaking. At the same time, you are attentive and adapt your communication to the recipient.

Location and other information

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement with placement at one of our offices in Sweden. You will be placed in the line organization based on your stationing location and report to your immediate manager. For internal work in the network, you will report to the business area manager, and for SYSTRA-common tasks, you will report to the respective process owner.

Of course, we offer flexibility and the possibility of remote work a couple of days a week.
