Spekeröd School is a curious, engaged, and learning organization. We believe in our students' ability to learn and succeed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Spekeröd School is looking for a creative crafts teacher. You will work with teaching, follow-up, planning, and value-based work according to the curriculum Lgr22.

As a teacher with us, you will be part of a team where you, together with colleagues, contribute to the school's development, and where we strive to develop and achieve the set goals together. The position also includes mentorship.

You will vary your teaching and adapt to the group so that all students learn and develop based on their needs and conditions. Working as a teacher is about constantly developing based on the students we meet. You should have good pedagogical competence and be well acquainted with the governing documents of compulsory school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified teacher who is engaged and has a genuine interest in children's learning as well as a passion for your profession. You have good collaboration skills and a desire to develop and share your knowledge.

We want you, just like us, to have a strong commitment and a desire to develop together with colleagues and students. You collaborate well with others, listen, communicate, and contribute to collegial learning to create a good learning environment for the students. You have the ability to plan both in teams and individually. Your teaching should be designed based on the curriculum's goals where planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation are important cornerstones.

You should have a working method where student influence and flexibility are a natural part. You are a good leader in the classroom with clarity in communication, goals, and results. You possess qualities that include both structure and creativity.

It is important that you are confident in your professional role. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
