About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and certified Special Teacher who wants to help further develop our school. As a special teacher with us, you will work closely with students, their guardians, and other team members to create individual adaptations and support measures that promote each student's learning and development.

Your Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching to the student's needs and conditions, based on Conductive Pedagogy.
• Collaborate with the student's guardians and other relevant professionals.
• Participate in teamwork and contribute to a positive and developing work environment.
• Document the student's development and results.
• Be involved in school development work.

Your Qualifications

• Certification as a special teacher.
• Willingness to learn about Conductive Pedagogy.
• Experience working with students with varying needs.
• Ability to adapt teaching and create individual solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment and passion for making a difference in students' lives.
• It is an advantage if you have experience working with students in a specialized school studying subject areas.
