Olofström Health Center is one of the region-operated health centers included in Health Choice Blekinge and is located in Olofström. We have just over 30 employees in various professions with approximately 7100 registered patients aged 0–100 years. We work with both acute and planned care, and there is a therapist at the health center; we also offer district nurse consultations and child health care. The health center is also responsible for two special accommodations in the municipality. Due to retirements, we need to strengthen our nursing team.

The Job

Standard tasks within the competence area for nurses/district nurses. This includes varied tasks such as outpatient work, medical assessments, telephone advice, and digital care. Competence development and the opportunity for education in diabetes.

About You

We are looking for you who are a district nurse/nurse with prescribing rights and are interested in partially working with senior care or diabetes. We also prefer that you have experience working in primary care.

We see that you have a genuine interest and commitment to primary care and a strong desire to develop our mission in the right direction to meet the future patients in close care.
