About Us

Adult Psychiatry West serves the municipalities of Karlshamn, Sölvesborg, and Olofström, with a catchment area of approximately 60,000 inhabitants.

The clinic consists of psychiatric outpatient care in Karlshamn and Sölvesborg/Olofström, as well as inpatient care located at the hospital in Karlshamn. The operation is based on a multidisciplinary foundation. Work is carried out in teams, and the profession-specific knowledge is of great importance.

We can offer you an exciting and stimulating job in a well-functioning team with competent and dedicated staff. We place great emphasis on continuous supervision and further education. You will be employed on a permanent basis at the clinic.

The Job

The work involves standard tasks within psychiatric outpatient care such as conversations, responding to the basic offerings in 1177, and medication management/dispensing. Additionally, participation in referral conferences and treatment conferences is included.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry. We see that you are an experienced, attentive, and curious employee who can work independently, has good collaboration skills, and is interested in developing in your professional role. You have an interest in developing Adult Psychiatry in Blekinge, providing good care, and ensuring high accessibility and a good response for patients and relatives.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is required. Region Blekinge places all permanently employed staff in a state of readiness.
