About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants for our client living in Bagarmossen.

During the period 30/3–1/5-2026, we are looking for three assistants who can work varying hours on weekdays and weekends.

There is a possibility of extension after the period, with about one shift per week from 08:00 to 14:00.

Job responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support at home and in daily activities

• Lifting may occur during transfers

The position involves shifts scheduled according to the following working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00-17:00

• 17:00-09:00 sleeping on-call with 5 hours of waiting time

About the client

We are looking for patient and experienced personal assistants for a man in his 60s with Parkinson's disease. The person uses an electric wheelchair outdoors and a manual wheelchair indoors and has access to a shower chair and lift. Speech is very limited, which makes it extra important that you are attentive, empathetic, and secure in your role.

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person with personal maturity who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center. You are empathetic, socially aware, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable.

You should have documented professional experience as a personal assistant or other relevant professional experience in care and support. It is an advantage if you have experience with Parkinson's disease. You need to be flexible with working hours, both weekdays and weekends.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Parkinson's disease

Requirements:

• Physically strong as manual transfers occur

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Professional experience as a personal assistant or in care and support

• Non-smoker

Scope: 3 positions 25-50 %

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the processing time by the police can vary.
