About the position

We at Bonzi are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an hourly basis for our client living in Bagarmossen.

You need to be flexible to work varying hours mainly during the day and evening in the absence of regular assistants due to vacation or illness.

Job responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support in the home and in daily activities

• Lifting may occur during transfers

The position involves varying shifts on weekdays and weekends

• 07:00-15:00

• 11:00-19:00

• 15:00-21:00

• 09:00-18:00 Weekends

• 12:00-21:00 Weekends

About the client: The client is a man in his 25s with a great interest in music, concerts, outings, and training. He lives with autism and CP disability and needs support in his daily life to live an active and meaningful life. As an assistant, you will become an important part of his daily life and have the opportunity to share both daily routines and fun experiences with him.

About you: We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has the ability to see and prioritize the needs of others. You are a confident and empathetic person who is socially perceptive, proactive, and solution-focused. You take responsibility and are reliable in your work.

If you find it easy to understand other people's life situations and meet them with respect and warmth, you have very good conditions to become a good assistant. The chemistry between you and the client is very important and will be decisive in the final selection.

You enjoy working in a team, as the client has double assistance during the day and evening. Since there are pets (cat) in the home, it is important that you are not allergic.

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support

• Experience in communication support

• Experience with autism or CP disability

• Creative and aesthetically inclined

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets

• Fluent Swedish in speech and comprehension

• Physically strong, manual transfers occur

Scope: 2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements

Due to the nature of the job, which may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary.
