We are starting our new beautiful group home with six places in September 2026. The facility is located in Kvisthamra, Norrtälje.

The group home consists of 6 apartments, common areas, and staff quarters. You and your colleagues will form a Dream Team together with the operations manager to start the operations and create a safe and developing environment for the residents.

We are now looking for support assistants, working hours 75–80%. The shifts include daytime, evening, weekend, and so-called “sleeping” on-call duty at night.

The work involves providing individual and everyday support to create a safe environment and a meaningful day.

We want you to have formal qualifications equivalent to a care assistant in health and care and several years of experience working within LSS. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, the Office package, and social documentation. We would also like you to have experience with AAC, clarifying pedagogy, and low-arousal approaches. Experience with sign language support is an advantage.

Good collaboration skills and a relationship-building attitude are important qualities, as well as a respectful and calm approach.

As we have access to a company vehicle, a driving license is a requirement.
